Cooking Directions for Shami Kebabs
Pan-Fry (Recommended):
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Place frozen Shami Kebabs in the pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve hot with chutney or in wraps!
Oven-Bake:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place kebabs on a lined baking sheet and lightly brush with oil.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
Air-Fry:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place kebabs in a single layer and air-fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Enjoy with your favorite dip!
